“For indeed, a house is a little church.” -St. John Chrysostom

Hello October!

Hello, I’m HEATHER

Welcome to my blog, Her Catholic Homemaking! My name is Heather Piatek. I’m a Catholic wife and stay-at-home-mom raising babies the little way. Writing all things holy in the ordinary. Always in the kitchen. I love sourdough, slow living, coffee sipping, and embracing femininity. This is my take on healthy living out in the forest pines, where my lilacs grow. I’m a mama to two beautiful baby girls. I’m passionate about clean living, including our cookware, food, and products we put in our homes and on our bodies. I love to write. My novel The Fourth Charm, is out now! My second book, The Third Charm, Chasing Lilac Dreams, is coming out Nov. 17! Preorder your copy now! Cooking, cleaning, and serving Jesus by taking care of my family and inspiring others is my mission. Spread kindness, the Gospel, and know your worth. I am all about being comfortable, feeling motivated, and supporting the nontoxic wardrobe. 100% cotton, flannel, bamboo, and linen are my go-tos. My beautiful friend made this dress handmade and I picked out the pattern to match dresses with my daughters. We wore these for Easter Sunday and sooo many other days too! @piglet_squish_creations @hercatholichomemaking 🌸🌸🌸
